Jim Serbia
Prior to forming SCCG in 2003, Jim was involved in the development of research facilities for Pfizer Inc. Two notable developments include real estate activities for Pfizer's Global Development Facilities in New London, CT (1MM sf) and lead responsibility for development of Pfizer's 1MM sf San Diego Campus.
Jason Stewart
With over 31 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason’s skills have led him to a senior role in the management of technical Life Science projects. Using his particular talents at understanding complex situations, working with ambiguous parameters, and resolving complicated situations, Jason has built a career centered on a particular emphasis in manufacturing facilities, BSL3 labs, validated spaces and operational environments. From initial conceptual planning to the delivery of a completed project, Jason’s expertise has made the difference in a sound project delivery for global companies and small start-ups alike.
